How to Donate Your Cloud Points
Here's how to turn your Cloud Points into a donation that Helium Mobile matches:
- Open the Helium Mobile App
- Check your Cloud Point balance
- Head to the Cloud Store to donate to the causes you care about
From December 1 to 3, 2025, Helium Mobile will match Cloud Point donations made by eligible subscribers, up to $100 per subscriber, with a total program-wide matching limit of $25,000.
Subscribers can redeem Cloud Points in the Cloud Store after 90 days of active service with Helium Mobile. The free Zero Plan requires active cellular data usage. Data is unlimited, but you may experience slowdowns after 36GB of data usage. Tethering is limited to 5GB/month for Air and Infinity Plans.
